What: Breathing Wall installation

Where: ATS (American Thoracic Society annual conference)

Tasked with bringing the concept of a breathing wall to life, VARIPIX created a 3D model of the custom installation, simulated realistic physics for the membrane for pre-vis, and designed choreography for the actuators that achieved a realistic simulation of the final installation for all stakeholders.

We then developed scripts to export 3D data to the actuator control platform, animating the wall in the real world.
